Samantha completed her Bachelor of Nursing in Tasmania in 2014 before moving to Sydney where she has since completed her Graduate Diploma in Midwifery and Graduate Certificate in Perinatal Mental health. She has worked between public and private sectors throughout her career, gaining valuable experience in both midwifery and nursing. She is also a Internation Board Certified Lactation Consultant 

Samantha understands that the journey through pregnancy, birth and the transition to motherhood while exciting, can be overwhelming, and is passionate about working with women and families to support and empower them through the experience. Samantha takes a compassionate, holistic and woman-centred approach to her practice, and loves all aspect of working with women, babies and families, particularly antenatal education, adapting to a new baby and perinatal mental health.


Samantha offers in-home and telehealth Lactation consults (antenatal/postnatal).

Catherine has been working as a midwife for 9 years predominantly in the postnatal area, within the public health system. Originally from sunny Queensland where she obtained her dual degree in both nursing and midwifery in 2014. In 2019 she achieved one of her long term goals by qualifying as a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).


Catherine takes her role as a lactation consultant and midwife as a privilege, as she gets to assist women and their families into the journey of parenthood. Catherine takes great responsibility in providing care in a respectful and compassionate way, being aware of what an intimate time it is in people's lives. Catherine knows how hard motherhood is and the difficulties around “mothers guilt” having to beautiful duaghters herself.


Catherine’s areas of expertise include insufficient glandular tissue (insufficient breast development), increasing milk supply, Lactose overload, attachment assistance, relactation, Expressing plans for returning to work and newborn cares. Catherine offers in-home and telehealth Lactation consults (antenatal/postnatal)
